AI prepares the prework. Your team checks every step.

AI workflows in Bunya Command Centre prepare file notes, fact-find inputs and request packs the same way every time, and a named person checks each one. Integrations connect Command Centre to your firm’s Microsoft 365 and, by agreement, the specialist tools you already use.

Built in your own Microsoft 365. Agreed for your firm in its Blueprint.

AI workflows

One recipe for each piece of prework. The same steps, every time.

An AI workflow, which we call a Skill, states what it uses, what it prepares and who checks it.

01 · UsesThe client’s own information

Meeting records, the fact find, documents received and your firm’s templates.

02 · PreparesA draft, never a decision

File notes, fact-find inputs, request packs and summaries, in your firm’s format.

03 · Checked byA named person

They edit it, approve it or send it back before anything moves on.

The human gate

A draft is not a decision. A clickthrough is not approval.

Every AI workflow ends with a person. Advisers keep the strategy and product judgement, and client consent stays explicit.

AI usage on the record

Where AI was used. Who reviewed it.

Each AI-prepared item is marked, and the record can show where AI was used and who reviewed it. Your scope defines which events are recorded, who can see them and how long they are kept.

Questions

AI workflow questions. Straight answers.

01What is an AI workflow in Bunya Command Centre?
A repeatable recipe for one piece of prework, such as a meeting file note or an SoA request pack. It states what it uses, what it prepares and who checks it, so the work is prepared the same way every time. Bunya calls these Skills.
02Can AI send anything or change our records on its own?
No. AI-prepared work waits for a person before it is used or actioned. Your team edits it, approves it or sends it back, and advisers keep the strategy and product judgement.
03Is the AI always right?
No, and we don’t claim it is. That is why every workflow ends with a named person checking the output against the source.
04Where does our data go when AI is used?
The AI services, data location and any connected third-party processing are reviewed as part of the solution design for your firm.
05Which specialist tools can you connect?
Your Blueprint looks at the tools your firm uses now and names which to keep, connect or retire. Where a supported connection exists, we connect it; where it does not, we say so.
06Do we have to replace our current advice software?
Not automatically. Your Blueprint identifies what to keep, connect or replace, including specialist advice tools.
07How do financial advisers use AI in Bunya?
To prepare the prework: file notes from meetings, fact-find inputs, Statement of Advice request packs and review packs. Each draft goes to a named person to check and approve. AI never sends anything to a client by itself. Read our guide to AI for financial advisers ↗
