What changes

Signed is not the same as done. The last mile is where advice waits.

After the client says yes, authorities, forms and tasks still have to be prepared, checked and lodged. Command Centre gives each one an owner and keeps the result on the record.

How it works

Prepared by Bunya. Authorised by your team.

  1. Stage 7

    Accuracy and authority

    Bunya prepares

Authority and acceptance paperwork, filled from the verified client record.

    Your team decides

The client confirms. Your team checks it is complete and signed.

  2. Stage 7

    Adviser sign-off

    Bunya prepares

A summary of what was recommended and what the client authorised.

    Your team decides

The adviser signs off. Nothing is implemented before they do.

  3. Stage 8

    Tasks, owners, due dates

    Bunya prepares

Tasks proposed from the authorised advice, each with an owner and due date.

    Your team decides

Accept, change or reassign each task before work starts.

  4. Stage 8

Each action, then the next review

    Bunya prepares

A checklist for each action, and the first annual review date.

    Your team decides

Authorise each action. The adviser confirms the review date.

Your tasks, owners and checklists are agreed in your Blueprint.

Questions

Advice implementation questions. Straight answers.

01What is advice implementation?
It is the work between the client signing the advice and the advice being in place: authorities, forms, product actions and confirmations. In Bunya Command Centre each action has an owner, a due date and a person who authorises it.
02Does Bunya submit applications to product providers?
No. Bunya prepares the paperwork and the checklist. Your team authorises each action and completes it through your usual channels.
03Can we use our own implementation checklists?
Yes. Your checklists, task owners and due-date rules are agreed in your Blueprint, so implementation follows how your firm already works.
04When is the first review set?
The first annual review date is proposed as the advice is put in place and confirmed by the adviser, so the review cycle starts from a real date.
