02 / WEBSITE
Who you help. How you help.

03 / CONTENT
01 / BUILD A CONNECTED PRESENCE
A referral may introduce your name. Your website and content help someone decide whether to start a conversation. Give them a clear, consistent picture.
Explain who your firm serves, what matters to those clients and how you approach their needs.
A shared reference for the way your firm looks and sounds.
Turn that message into a website that helps visitors find answers and understand the next step.
A useful destination for referrals, search visitors and campaigns.
Organise your content around the questions prospective clients ask, with clear information about your firm.
Content prepared for discovery and understanding, without promises of rankings or AI citations.
Put the foundations into practice with a Broadcast HQ setup shaped around your brand and review process.
A process your team can learn, apply and keep using.
The proposal confirms the deliverables, page count, revision rounds, integrations and handover for your firm.
02 / THE SERVICE AND THE SOFTWARE
Grow establishes your marketing foundations. Broadcast HQ provides the campaign workflow within the Bunya operating system.
GROW / THE SERVICE
Brand, website, search foundations and a done-with-you setup. Agree what needs creating, what can be retained and what your team will manage.
BROADCAST HQ / THE PLATFORM
Use AI to help prepare campaigns from your ideas and brand context, with people reviewing content before supported publishing.
Explore Broadcast HQ ↗Channel availability, platform access, licensing and ongoing support are confirmed in scope. Human approval supports your process; it does not guarantee that content meets every requirement.
03 / FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER
Start with the gaps that matter to your firm. Build and review the work together, then give your team the material and guidance to apply it.
Review your audience, existing brand, website and content. Identify what is working and where people struggle to understand your offer.
Confirm deliverables, approvals, dependencies and costs. Identify who supplies firm information and who signs off the content.
Develop the agreed brand and website work, then prepare the campaign setup. Your team checks accuracy, tone and required approvals.
Work through the first campaigns together. Bunya’s client video tutorials support learning and practical application; agree any additional training and support in the proposal.
04 / START WITH WHAT YOU HAVE
The brief should follow the gap. Bring your existing assets and processes so we can identify the work that will be useful.
Your firm’s audience or services have evolved, but the words and visuals still reflect an earlier version of the business.
Visitors cannot quickly understand who you help, how your process works or how to contact you.
The team has useful expertise to share, but needs a clearer path from idea to review and publication.
Your website, existing brand guide, examples of content you like, the clients you want to reach and the people who will review the work. Include any licensee approval requirements and your team’s available time.
05 / BEFORE YOU START
A clear scope makes the service easier to plan, review and run after handover.
No. Grow is an optional service for brand, website and marketing setup. It is scoped separately from the core platform, including any Broadcast HQ requirements.
Not necessarily. Start with a review of what you have. The proposal can identify what to retain, refine or rebuild based on the agreed requirements.
Website copy can form part of the agreed work. Your team supplies accurate information about the firm and reviews claims, services and required disclosures before publication.
No. Grow focuses on the brand, website and content foundations within the agreed scope. Search placement, AI references and commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Your authorised people review the material under the firm’s approval process. Agree the roles and review rules during setup. AI prepares drafts; it does not replace that responsibility.
The proposal defines the brand assets, website access, documentation and training supplied. Confirm ownership and usage rights, third-party licences, hosting, maintenance and account responsibilities in the agreement.
Discuss the level of ongoing help your team needs. Confirm any managed service, content support or additional work separately, including responsibilities and recurring costs.
